So my husband and I are remodeling are kitchen. New cabinets and flooring. The only reason we are doing this besides the fact that our old cabinets are kind of crappy, is because we want to just sell the house. I am kind of up in the air about what to do with the cabinets. I have picked out the type of cabinet to get, which is nothing special, but they look nice. The question i have is what should i do about countertops. Our budget is pretty close to tapped with all of the improvements we are going to do, but should i spend extra to get nicer countertops or just get the one of the five in stock at lowes or home depot menards. Any ideas on how to cut costs on this project while still upgrading this house to attract buyers? What should i do? Don’t have a lot of money but enough to get the job done otherwise this wouldn’t even be an issue haha!
